The Cure for Mommy Guilt?

Mommy-guilt was something discussed a little while ago on this blog and my friend suggested that someone make a cure. I thought that was a great idea, but thought nothing more of it until yesterday when a package arrived at my mailbox.

It was a book called:
Learn to Worry Less, Focus on What Matters Most, and Raise Happier Kids
By Julie Bort, Aviva Pflock and Devra Renner

I completely forgot it was coming. From my other website targeting mothers, I have a lot of books sent to me for review. Well, this one caught my attention. I haven't had a chance to dive in, but thought it was perfect to mention it here because I know we are all guilty of Mommy Guilt.

LOL -- Now we have to feel guilty for feeling guilty. Just kidding!

Hi there,
I hope you've been able to dive into "Mommy Guilt". Please come and visit Aviva and myself at www.Parentopia.net and let us know what you think about our book!

I did have a read through it and it was great. I just passed it on to a friend that I think really needed it...and I'm seeing some great changes in her already.

I'll be telling people about this one for sure!

Now...excuse me...I have to go prepare dessert before dinner! :-)

There's that saying "Life is uncertain, eat dessert first" but I would argue that we can all be certain dessert will get eaten, green beans are uncertain! ; )

Happy to hear you enjoyed the book and passed it on, now if you have a moment, please post a review on Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble and then pass on this request to your friend once she finishes the book, and then she tells two friends and so on and so on.....(am I giving away my age? I think so!)
