Mom Guilt Kicks In

It's definitely been a challenge sharing custody of the boys with their Dad. I'm so glad their Dad wants to be involved in their life and the boys love being with him...so that is not the problem. While they are away, I miss them dearly, but I keep busy enough to be okay with it.

My problem is when I pick them up after being away from them so long. As soon as I see them, this "mom guilt" kicks in and I wonder how I could leave my babies like this.

Sure, I know reason tells me that I shouldn't feel guilty and the boys are lucky to have two such caring parents, but I just can't help it.
