My little artists have created some very lovely art - only problem is that they colored on the walls. ARGH! After searching around, I found out that WD40 will remove crayon from walls. It works very well - just realize it will be stinky for a while. It also leaves you with a greasy wall that you'll have to clean thoroughly after.

Thanks for the tip Alice. I have used that new Mr. Clean magic eraser thing on all kinds of wall art with good results, but then I found that a paste of baking soda and water (I just sprinkle it on a damp cloth) works well on walls...low tech but effective. :)
Thanks for the tips!
Nell just you wait! Nikky is probably too young for creative wall expressions (it seems to start at around 18 months)...but your walls, floors and furniture will soon be decorated LOL!
Yes, I'm sure I'm in for a whole not more fun adventures with Nick then I even realize right now ;)
I love my Mr Clean Magic Eraser. I not only have crayon on walls but wood, glass and my tv. Works really nice. It even worked pretty well for ball point pens - yup got those too but with pencil not so well.
Hey Alice,
Mr. Clean magic eraser is the greatest invention ever made! I had a similar experience with my toddler's masterpiece with PERMANENT marker.
