I'm Recharging
The boys went overnight to their grandparents. Me and Dad enjoyed a quiet afternoon yesterday with nobody asking for peanut butter sandwiches, a bum wipe or or a booger wipe. It was very relaxing. We went for dinner and a show and now are taking it easy until the munchkins come back.
It's nice to recharge once in a while. I miss the little guys and I'll have lots more energy when they get back.

How wonderful for you Alice. We all need those quiet times with just the spouse :) After all, we're mommy's, but we're also wives and best friends...etc.
Hubby and I actually had a date day yesterday as well. Dropped the monkey off at the inlaws and had a grand ol' time on the town ;)
Thank goodness for Grandparents! I feel so sorry for new Moms who don't live near family.
