TV Turn Off Week
Did you know that April 24-30 is TV Turn Off Week?
Since it began in 1995, millions of people all over the world have participated, and according to follow-up surveys, 90 percent of responding participants reduced their TV-viewing as a result. Here's something to help you along:

Print it out and put it on your fridge, and each day your kids will find a fun activity to do.

Wow that's interesting. I didn't know that! The week is almost over but I'm not sure if I could turn the TV off entirely and I don't even watch that much now.
I think they should also have 'turn off the video game' week as my son is 4 and has just discovered video games (thanks to my brother!) ... ahhh! lol
We need turn of video game week for my husband! My kids don't really play.
