Feeding the Masses this Summer

We've finally had some really good weather here this weekend so we spent just about all weekend in the back garden. We had friends over and just relaxed... the kids spent the whole weekend in the paddling pool and playing in the sand box with their friends... I love lazy summer days.

And I don't know about you but we constantly seem to have people over once the weather turns nicer and I really don't mind because summer entertaining is a lot easier than the rest of the year.

This weekend we had a couple of barbecues and just picnic type food the rest of the time, so it was pretty simple which suits me just fine. When we have barbecues I also have people bring over a side dish as well so I don't have to spend too much time in the kitchen... I'm all for easy entertaining!
