Guilty Pleasures...
This is something that I do quite often. After a long hectic day, I love to just veg out by myself and watch TV and snack.
What about you, what are your guilty pleasures?
Aurelia
**The title of this post should be edited to read non-guilty pleasures because we as moms deserve to have mindless fun for the heck of it and never feel guilty about it at all (smile)**

LOL...am I such a cold-hearted mama that I can't think of a guilty or non-guilty pleasure? :-(
I'm sure other moms would think of a lot of the stuff I do as those kinds of things, but I've beaten the mom guilt.
Oh..except when I sleep in and DH watches the kids. That ALWAYS makes me feel guilty and I don't know why.
Aurelia, I've met you in person and I know you don't need this warning because you're svelte mama - but POTATO CHIPS IN BED?!
For shame...that is a Guilty/Non-Guilty pleasure.
Mine is All my Children! Just got through with today's show. :)
I've done the potato chips with my laptop thing, but not in bed. LOL
Potato chips in the living room where the kids aren't supposed to eat, but that's about it.
Although I have to admit that I've eaten a Drumstick (ice cream) while sitting on my bed.
DH and I also tend to go on dessert runs after the kids go to sleep. One of us goes and gets Baskin Robbins or Starbucks or something.
Coffee from Starbucks. I can drive through and get myself something and NOTHING for the kids and not feel the slightest bit of guilt!
I also treated myself to a Real Simple magazine. I never buy magazines but flipping through those just makes me feel calm and relaxed. :)
