Missing pieces from Chutes and Ladders?
I made up my own system, if you will. I bought one of those large, flat Rubbermaid containers and put ALL the flat playing "boards" in there. Then I put all the "stuff" for each game into a large Ziploc bag and label it. When we want to play a game, we pull out the container, grab the board and bag and play. It's worked well thus far.
Did you know you can get replacement parts for your kid's board games? Go to Hasbro.com and order them. You can also print out the instructions for games.
This is a great service if you snag a great game at a yard sale for .10 but it's missing ONE piece!

Smart Move! I cant tell you how many Hi Ho Cherry Oh' cherries I've stepped on and how many times Isaac and sit down for a game of checkers to find 2-3 more checkers missing. I may have to steal this Idea.
Hmmm I think I will toss our playing cards and UNO cards in there too :)
That's a really good idea actually. I always hate how the boxes look after a while too so this would solve a lot of issues.
What a great idea! Thanks!
For puzzles, I put them in quart size zip lock baggies with the top of the box cut out and slipped in the front of the bag. Then they go in a smaller Rubbermaid tub. It's worked perfect.
