Mom Look Fabulous for the New Year

Hey Mom, did you eat too much on Thanksgiving like me? Would you like a little help getting or staying in shape for the New Year? Well, I've been in touch with a guy known as "Coach K" about this very subject. It's especially tough to be fit around the holidays because of all the great food! I don't know about you, but I'm sure not going to "cut back" at this time of year. I love good food and dessert way too much.

But Coach K has helped many people lead a healthier lifestyle with his exercise program. His wife and mother of 5 kids, yes 5, uses this same program and got back into great shape after the birth of her 5th child. Wow, 5, I still can't believe it. That's more than me. LOL. Anyway, she loves it and even has a small group of friends that have joined her in her workout because they saw the results she was getting.

A number of people have said they love it because it doesn't take up a lot of time, like cardio training sometimes can. This is something I'm going to look into for my husband (because he asked-he's been reading some of the e-mails I get and he's not an easy guy to convince) and for me, because I'm always looking for a fun way to get some exercise, and for my daughter because she seems to enjoy exercise and it will only help her.
