Pregnancy Loss Hits Home

If you've been following any of the posts over at the forums (this thread in particular), you know that, after 4 healthy pregnancies and deliveries, I am experiencing my very first pregnancy loss. Knowing that my mother had only 2 successful births out of 4 attempts, it's always something I've worried about. But one of the things I've learned through this experience so far is that there are so many women out there who have experienced this loss. So many have been through what I'm going through and thought the thoughts I have - most of them with stories even more heartbreaking than mind. Yet through it all, they have survived. These women are all so amazing, so strong, and so inspirational to me. Without this experience I would have never been introduced to this world where these wonderful women exist.
