Mama's Got New Shoes

My husband knew I wanted new shoes for my birthday. My softball players keep telling me that my old ones are talking (soles peeling off in the front). But instead of buying them for me, DH just took me shopping for them yesterday. That way I can get the ones I want in the correct size. There were two that I liked.

The Nike Air Run was on sale and very comfortable. So I thought, "Stop looking, just get this one."

I knew that if I kept looking I'd see something else and want it instead. For some strange reason, I didn't listen to myself and I saw this:

No, they are not more comfortable, but I was basically looking for shoes to coach in and these shoes match our team colors and coaching shirts perfectly! Of course, they were about $40 more than the other pair I liked, so I didn't know what to do. But, DH, being the great guy that he is, made it easy for me and got me BOTH!!!

So this black pair is primarily for coaching games and the other pair is for just about every other time I need shoes. I'm a happy mama. :) :) :)
