This Mom is Moving Soon :)
I put my house on the market in January and this week I finally received (and accepted) an offer! I'm pretty geeked about it - though I have to admit that I'm feeling some stress about the impending move.
I called the manager of the new apartments we have chosen to live in and they don't have the apartment style that I want in the building I want. I am hoping that this changes before the end of the month. I've really set my heart on the right apartment in the right building - so much so that I'm tempted to look elsewhere if I can't get exactly what I want!
Oddly, my teen is being the voice of reason in the situation. He is counseling me to stay calm and have an open mind since we've been so happy about the location, etc. (And he's right of course!)
I put some classified ads in the local paper today to sell a few large items that we won't want to move or put on eBay. I hope they sell quickly, I don't really want to have a garage sale or anything like that.
I don't have word yet on the closing date - so I'm not sure how fast to pack things up. I'm just sure that we're moving before the end of April.

I'm excited for you Kelly! Of course I'll have to come visit so we can go resale shopping! I LOVED the resale shopping trip you took me on in Lansing before, it was great!
You'll be missed by Caleb and I but it's not like you'll be that far away that we can't come visit sometime. I LOVE road trips :-)
