Mommy's Losing Weight - Moment by Moment
And since then I've lost a total of 17 inches! (2 off my waist alone) & 8 lbs. What surprises me is the inches I'm also losing off my neck. I'm recording everything, even around my ankles.
It's wonderful and scary at the same time. And the main thing I've been focusing on is those "moments" when you make those big decisions like, "I think I'll just have some fruit, please hold the ice cream." All those little moments add up like a snowball and I've managed to lose weight and am starting to feel a little more energy.
It's just too easy to say, "Well mom's over for dinner, it's ok." It's NOT ok! Every moment counts and moment by moment I'm shedding the lbs. :-)
It's not easy but it's really working.

Hey you know what has helped me loose weight? TONS of water!! Yes it's tones of water...I drink around 100 oz of water a day...In one week I lost 3 pounds...JUST from drinking water and less diet sodas...after the 2nd day of drinking water it's like I was FLUSHED out and BOY did I have to go!! How much water are you drinking? Are you drinking enough? Also do you know of any links that tell you how much water is really recommended?
