Want to Keep More of Your Hair On Your Head & Out of the Shower Drain?
Seems that many things can contribute to unhealthy hair, not just the torture we put our hair through with curling irons, straightners, styling products, etc. As if that weren’t enough, our hair’s shine, strength and over all health is also affected by our stress levels, what we eat, and even some physical ailments.
Although I knew certain foods and vitamins were good for keeping your hair healthy and shiny, I guess I never realized how other things in my life had a connection with the amount of hair that ends up everywhere but on my head, where it belongs. How about you, have you noticed the connection?
