What's Up With Rosie?

Rosie O’Donell took an early leave from The View.

Last Wednesday, Rosie & co-host Elisabeth Hasslebeck had quite the quarrel over Rosie’s comments about the war a few weeks back that sparked quite the controversy. Seems the two were at one another a lot over the course of their co-hosting days at The View, but always seemed to be respectful and “make-up”. Not this time.

Honestly, from a political standpoint my personal views lean towards Rosie’s, but you can’t make comments like she has done and expect everyone to just accept them without any backlash. Yes, I believe in telling it like you see it, but as a public figure in the media, sometimes your thoughts are better kept to yourself. Maybe negative publicity is better than none in Rosie’s (and some other celebrity’s) eyes, because it seems that’s all she’s been getting lately. Elisabeth isn’t the only one Rosie’s been at “war” with lately. She’s also had famous disputes with Donald Trump and Bill O’Reily, just to name a few.

As for what Rosie’s plans are now that she’s not co-hosting the show, we’ll have to wait and see.
