How to Get Your Kids To Clean The Floor
- Wet washcloths with hot water
- Drop on floor
- Pre treat nasty spots with nontoxic cleaner
- Tell them to skate around
This one actually works. My 3 oldest kids have been in the kitchen for a good 15 minutes cleaning the floor. They think it's a gas!
Shhhh.... I won't tell if you won't!

Unfortunately, I don't have any areas that would work with this idea. Everything has carpet, except the bathroom -and it's not big enough to skate around in. But, I'll keep it in mind for the future!
What an awesome tip - now, I can have my 9 year old help me more around the house. Thanks for sharing!
