Raising Kids Vegan
I like the moms toward the end that takes into consideration when their children want to try something that doesn’t fit into their lifestyle, but instead of just telling their kids they can’t have that, instead they try to make something in comparison or talk to the kids about why they don’t eat those things as a family.

If someone decides to have a vegan lifestyle, that's good -for them. I honestly don't think it is for me or my family. I enjoy meat, and there are very few vegetables I'll eat. I prefer fruits. I do try to fix more fruits and veggies -having a balanced diet.
The rule at our house -you don't have to LIKE everything, but you have to TRY everything. Our kids have surprised us at the variety of things they do enjoy eating.
What an awesome video! I agree that we don't need tons of dairy... the whole milk thing is definitely the result of clever marekting.
I've been considering going fully vegetarian but it's difficult with school and so on. My kids are starting to make the connection with where meat comes from though and I let them decide.
My little girl really doesn't like the idea of eating meat.
