How many kids do you think you want to have?
I have 3 myself and they drive me nuts sometimes. Honestly, I would have more if it were not too expensive and if my body can still handle the stress of pregnancy. I always wanted a big family - like maybe 5-6 kids. But, I think 3 is OK.
How about you - how many kids do you have, how many would you like to have and how many kids do you think you can actually handle? Feel free to post your comment.

I thought two was a good number but since we are having a surprise baby, we changed it to four.
I'm not sure how I feel about LARGE families anymore...yeah our grandparents and maybe parents come from large families (at least mine all do) but that was a different time. I'm not that comfortable with the older kids RAISING the younger one, helping is one thing, but to be completely in charge of a younger child isn't cool.
Every time these guys have another baby they are all over the news! LOL
I have 3 and that number works well with me :). Lance and I do plan to be foster parents when Isreal Graduates HS and heads off to college. So in a sense we will have more (just no stretchmarks)...lol
We have two - one girl and one boy. Hubby says he wants 12. I've told him I'd do the first three, he can do the rest LOL, but I've had high risk pregnancies both time. We've discussed adoption -public adoption, as those kids are harder to place. But it will be awhile.
We have three. They are all boys and I would LOVE to have a girl... but I don't think I could handle any more. I kinda go back and forth, but I'm pretty sure we're done.
I'm expecting my 5th and I don't even know the answer to this question. If you were to ask me 2 years ago I would have sworn I was done. But things change. At this point, I just don't know when I'll be "done." Besides, I don't really think it's something you should decide while your pg or shortly after....unless of course, the pg was very stressful on your body or just plain high risk. KWIM? But I'm not in that situation and last time I made a decision during/after pg, it changed, so I'm just going to take my time and see what happens.
As far as being able handle a certain amount...again, I don't know what that amount would be. Each time I think I'm doing my kids an injustice by having more, THEY are the ones asking for another brother or sister. I feel like if we're blessed with another, God must think we can handle it and would give us the ability to, so I don't worry so much about that part of it.
I have 2 and we don't know if we want more or not. I'm leaving that up to fate! :)
I've watched the Duggars on TV and think they have the most amazing family. They are so blessed.
I would like at least 4. I can also see 6 kids, but I don't think my husband can "see" that many in our future. LOL
Right now I'm happy with my two boys, but I have a pretty good feeling there will be more.
I want to give my kids the big family I've always wanted & recently have needed.
