Hurricane Dean, my son in Grand Cayman Island
Oh, Moms will always be Moms.
My son is in the Cayman Islands.
Just last week, as you know, Hurricane Dean was heading right towards Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. I was definitely stressed, and so relieved when the hurricane went south of the islands, and did not hit directly, as it had been expected to do. There was still plenty of damage, but not deadly as it could have been.
You know how sometimes you just feel you are "meant to be" in a place? My son feels that way about Grand Cayman and loves the Cayman Islands. You can see from the photos I have uploaded here, how happy he is!

I'm glad he's okay, Diana. Mine are so little, I can't imagine letting them go to the end of the street alone (we live on a long street), let alone to the Cayman Islands!
