It is soooooo HOT!
I try to drink as much water as I should - especially after going through a bad case of UTI last week - my doctor gave me some anitbiotics and told me to drink lots of water. Lately, I have been using a gallon pitcher so that I can monitor my water intake. I can drink the 1 gallon a day but I have to remind myself to take a drink.
How about you, how much water do you drink a day? What do you do to remind yourself to drink more water. I certainly need some pointers as I do not want to develop another UTI or even go through kidney stones like I did a few years back.
Also - what tips do you have to share about staying cool in this really hot weather? We have popsicles, ice cream, shaved ice ... the air-conditioner is ON and the fans are on all the time. Sadly, we have no pool - I can't think of turning the sprinklers on outside for the kids to play cause the SUN is just too strong - any suggestions?
