good shopping website for kids stuff

My daughter gets Owl magazine, an educational children's magazine (there are various publications for different age groups, I like to get my subscription when the school does it's charity drive).

Yesterday it came with an educational toys catalogue.

I really like it, it has a lot of toys that require physical activity, something I am always looking for, and a lot that are - educational.

Science kits and other things that are interesting and fun and the kids can learn with them as well. My daughter has already shown me through it twice pointing out her favourite items which she has already circled (being the little born organized person that she is, drives me crazy some days :0)

I am going to be doing a bunch of my Christmas shopping from this catalogue, there's a large selection of quality toys and I can avoid the crowds.

I will also be looking out for mom business products that I can purchase to support work at home moms.

This isn't one of those, it's a Canadian company with a website and catalogue
http://www.grandrivertoys.com

They have a shipping promo going until Dec 9 and a rewards program.

Another company that I have purchased from that is a mom opp that has educational toys is Discovery Toys. They are pricey, but good quality as well. I would rather purchase less stuff of quality than more junk (been there, done that!)

I haven't made a purchase yet from grand river toys but I am going to give them a try.

This is far too early for me to start on about Christmas (believe me, I avoid it as long as possible although I am changing my strategy on that this year too), but one resolution I have already made is to cut back and simplify)

I plan to enjoy Christmas this year if it kills me.
