Have you talked with your kids about the choking game?

I came across this and decided to post it here to help spread the word. Just as we talk openly with our kids about their bodies and boundaries to help prevent them from becoming a victim of molestation, we also need to talk to them about these fads that can cost kids their life.

The "choking game" is similar to another kind of practice (that I won't describe here because I don't want that kind of traffic) with one element left out.

You can read it described here: the choking game.

These unpleasant subjects are difficult to imagine much less talk about, but as parents we have to be proactive. If we've heard about it, chances are our kids have too.

Yes, I have talked to my 8 and 16yo about this. It is so scary to think of the games that our children play nowadays. This is alot bigger than some people think. They do this not only at parties but also in the school bathrooms :(
