You Just Got Mom Burned

This is an interesting concept.

Have you ever said hmmmm when your child was speaking to you, not really listening, kind of "in the zone" (or out of it).

My daughter was chatting with her friend online and asked if her friends parents were home. Krista, her friend, said yes my mom's right beside me.

So Robyn, my daughter said, tell her only 9 more days (until they are all going to Florida, lucky buggers)

Her mom said, hmmmm. (probably dreaming about sandy beaches... )

And Krista said, you just got Mom burned.

I had no idea that they had a name for that.
