It's a Wedding

My sister recently got married which means it's one of the rare times you get to see my in a dress. I actually had a softball game (against one of the toughest teams we'll face in the regular season) at the same time as my sister's wedding, but since she IS my one and only sister, I, of course, missed the game to be there when she got married. After all, we do hope this is the only time she'll be getting married. It's not that there's any reason it shouldn't be, but the divorce rate is just so high nowdays it seems like you just never know what's going to happen.

Anyway - this is the second time I've missed a pretty important softball game due to someone in the family getting married. Last time it was my husband's sister and we were in the wedding so I couldn't be there late. I don't know what the deal is with people getting married during softball season AND not even thinking of asking me about my schedule LOL. I mean, I only need about 3 hours of the day. A wedding during any time of day accept those 3 hours wouldn't be a problem, but somehow they always manage to schedule their ceremony and reception right smack dab in the part of the day where I have to miss my game.

In any case, my sister's wedding was nice. She looked beautiful. Since it's a special occasion, I'll let you see the picture of me in a dress.
